The apartment has been cleaned prior to your arrival, so we kindly ask you to use slippers.

During your absence, please turn off all electrical appliances (close water taps, turn off lights, close windows if weather is bad, and lock the house door).

We strive to reduce our carbon footprint, so we kindly ask for moderation in the use of hot water, towels, and heating.

Please do not have all lights turned on simultaneously as the electrical installation does not allow it.

Electricity is obtained through solar power. In case of prolonged rain, there may be electricity shortages, in which case a generator is provided .

Tap water is NOT drinkable. Since there is no public water supply, only a limited amount is available.

Smoking is prohibited inside. Please throw the cigarettes in the ashtray and not in the nature due to possibility of starting a fire.

Pets are not allowed if not arranged with the host

There is a designated fire place where you can burn fire. Please no fires in the windy weather. Make sure that the fire is extinguished. Dont leave kids alone with the fire and don’t make too large fire. In case of emergency use a fire extinguisher.

The host is not responsible for money, personal belonging, documents and other items stored in the apartment or in the car.

The host has a right of enter in the apartment without your presence in special occasions to prevent potential danger or damage inside of the apartment.

Please follow the house rules and do not disturb public peace and order, especially during the night time.

In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the owner reserves the right to cancel your further stay in the apartment without refund.
